Never Miss a Decision Again: Meet Your AI Email Agent
Nyura v4.45 introduces an AI-powered Email Decision Agent that scans your inbox every morning, identifies emails requiring your decision, and drafts 3 reply options — so you can respond in seconds.
The Problem: Decision Fatigue in Your Inbox
Every morning, you open your inbox to dozens of emails. Some are newsletters, some are FYIs — but buried among them are the emails that actually need your decision. An approval request from a colleague, a meeting time proposal, a vendor asking for your go-ahead. Missing these costs time and blocks your team.
How the Email Decision Agent Works
Every morning at 6:30 AM, Nyura's AI agent silently scans your Gmail inbox. Using Gemini AI, it reads the last 24 hours of emails and classifies each one: does this email need a decision from you? The agent filters out newsletters, automated notifications, and FYIs — focusing only on emails where someone is waiting for your answer.
For each decision email it finds, the agent generates a TL;DR summary and three ready-to-send reply drafts: one to approve, one to decline, and one to ask for more info. These appear in your morning briefing and in a dedicated Decisions tab in the AI Assistant.
Smart Urgency Detection
Not all decisions are created equal. The agent assigns urgency levels — high (deadline within 24h or blocking someone), medium (needs response this week), or low (no rush). High-urgency decisions get a red badge and appear at the top of your list, so you tackle the critical ones first.
Also in v4.45: Digital Business Cards & Passkey Sharing
This release also brings digital business cards with QR code sharing. Generate a unique link for your contact profile, share it via QR code at networking events, and let people save your info instantly. The public card shows your name, company, role, and contact details — all branded with Nyura's clean design.
