New Pricing, Same Mission — Nyura Switches to USD

When we first launched Nyura, we set our prices in euros. It made sense at the time — our first users were in Europe. But Nyura has grown. Today, people use it from New York to New Delhi, from Kuala Lumpur to Sao Paulo.

The problem with pricing in euros is that for most of the world, it adds a layer of confusion. People have to mentally convert the price, wonder about exchange rate fluctuations, and often end up paying slightly different amounts each month depending on when the charge hits.

So we made a simple decision: switch everything to US dollars. The dollar is the most widely understood currency in the world. Whether you are in Tokyo or Toronto, you know what $9.99 means. No guesswork, no surprises on your credit card statement.

This is not about raising prices or changing what Nyura offers. It is about making things clearer and simpler for everyone, no matter where you are.

Here is what the plans look like now:

Free Plan — Still free, still powerful. You get full access to task management, travel tracking, contacts, and projects. You also get 5 AI actions per month to try out the smart features like auto-categorization, title suggestions, and meeting briefs. No credit card needed.

Pro Plan — $9.99/month or $79.99/year. This unlocks unlimited AI actions, advanced analytics, the productivity dashboard, and all the premium features. If you go yearly, that works out to about $6.67/month — a 33% discount compared to paying monthly.

Team Plan — $14.99/month or $119.99/year per seat. Everything in Pro, plus team collaboration, shared projects, delegation, and admin tools. The yearly plan here saves you 33% too, bringing it down to about $10/month per person.

For reference, the old prices were 8 euros/month for Pro and 14 euros/month for Team. The new dollar prices are very close in actual value — we did not use the currency switch as an excuse to hike anything up.

One thing we did change for the better: the yearly discount.

Previously, paying for a full year saved you about 25% compared to monthly billing. That was decent, but we wanted to reward long-term commitment even more. So we bumped it up to 33%.

Here is the math. If you pay monthly for Pro, that is $9.99 x 12 = $119.88 per year. But the yearly plan is just $79.99 — you save almost $40 over the year. For the Team plan, you save almost $60 per seat per year by going annual.

If you are already on a yearly plan, the new pricing will apply at your next renewal. If you are on a monthly plan and want to switch, just head to Settings > Subscription and choose the annual option. The switch happens at the end of your current billing period — no double charges, no proration headaches.

If you are new to Nyura, nothing changes about how you get started. Every new account comes with a 30-day free Pro trial. That means full access to every feature — unlimited AI actions, the productivity dashboard, advanced analytics, everything — for a full month.

No credit card is required to start the trial. When it ends, you are moved to the Free plan automatically. If you loved the Pro features, you can upgrade anytime from Settings. If the Free plan does the job for you, that is perfectly fine too.

We believe the best way to convince someone is to let them try the product. Not a limited demo, not a feature-locked preview — the real thing, for 30 days. That philosophy has not changed one bit.
