Project Health Score: A-F at a Glance
Every project now has a computed health grade from A (excellent) to F (critical). The score factors in five dimensions: task completion rate, overdue count, recent activity, team assignment coverage, and budget burn rate. You will see it prominently on your project dashboard and as a compact badge on each project card in the list.
Command Palette: Four New Power Actions
Hit Cmd+K and you now have quick access to Focus Mode, New Project creation, instant Dark Mode toggle, and the Keyboard Shortcuts panel. These actions work without navigating away from your current page — toggle dark mode right from the palette, or jump into Focus Mode with a single click.
Extended Relative Dates for Better Planning
Task due dates now show friendly relative labels like 'In 15d' for tasks up to 30 days away (previously only 7 days). This makes upcoming deadlines much more glanceable without having to mentally calculate how far away a date is.
Portfolio Status Filters
The portfolio dashboard now has filter chips to quickly switch between All, Active, On Hold, and Completed projects. Each chip shows a count so you always know how many projects are in each state.
