Click Any Day to Create a Task

The project calendar view just got a lot more useful. Hover over any day cell and a subtle + button appears. Click it, type your task title, press Enter, and the task is instantly created with that date as its due date. No more navigating away to add tasks to specific dates — it all happens inline.

Group Tasks by Status, Priority, or Milestone

The project list view now has a Group By dropdown right next to the search bar. Choose to group tasks by Status, Priority, Milestone, or Assignee — each group gets a collapsible header with a task count. This makes it easy to scan large projects and find exactly what you need without scrolling through hundreds of tasks.

Project Activity Feed on Your Dashboard

The project dashboard now includes a dedicated Recent Activity card. It shows task creations, completions, and status changes from the last 14 days — all scoped to the current project. No more wondering what happened since your last check-in. The feed updates automatically as your team works.

Portfolio Dashboard: Health Grades & Overdue Alerts

The portfolio dashboard now shows a health grade (A-F) next to every project, along with priority icons and per-project overdue task counts. At a glance, you can spot which projects need attention and which are running smoothly. The target date countdown in the project header also helps you stay on track with amber and red indicators for approaching or missed deadlines.
