Your Voice Shapes Nyura: Built-In Feedback System
Report bugs, request features, and suggest improvements — directly from the app. Every submission notifies the team instantly.
Three Taps to Make Nyura Better
We built a feedback system right into Nyura. Tap the feedback icon in the header (or open the menu on mobile), pick your type — bug report, feature request, or improvement idea — give it a title and optional description, and hit send. That's it. Your feedback lands in a dedicated database, triggers an instant email and Telegram notification to the dev team, and gets tracked with status updates so nothing falls through the cracks.
Why Separate Feedback from Errors?
Previously, user feedback was stored in the same table as application errors — making it hard to distinguish a feature request from a real crash. Now feedback has its own dedicated table with type classification (bug, feature request, improvement), priority levels, status tracking (new → reviewed → planned → in progress → done), and admin notes. The dev team has a new dashboard tab in MasterAdmin showing stats, filters by type and status, and inline notes — turning raw feedback into an actionable product backlog.
Every Piece of Feedback Counts
We capture device info (platform, screen size, app version) automatically with each submission so we can reproduce bugs faster. Email and Telegram alerts ensure no feedback sits unread for more than a few minutes. And with status tracking visible to admins, your feature request doesn't just disappear — it moves through a clear pipeline from 'new' to 'done'. This is how we build Nyura together.
